Hogao was a vibrant Latin-inspired restaurant in Miami that celebrated the bold flavors and cultural depth of Caribbean and Latin American cuisine. With a focus on fresh ingredients, bold spices and soulful cooking, the concept invited guests to experience a lively fusion of tradition and contemporary dining. Designed to resonate with Miami’s dynamic food scene, Hogao sought to be more than a restaurant
JASTOR VALUE
Jastor’s work on Hogao centered on translating a culturally rich culinary concept into a brand identity that felt both grounded and dynamic. The value Jastor brought to the project was in shaping a narrative that captured the spirit of the cuisine and the personality of the space, delivering a brand that communicated warmth, authenticity and visual impact.
HOGAO
Hogao’s identity communicated the vibrancy and warmth of its culinary roots. Drawing on cultural symbols and visual cues associated with Latin cuisine and community gatherings, the identity balanced visual impact with approachability. It reflected a confident brand persona rooted in flavor, culture and shared experience.
IDENTITY
The result was a flexible and expressive brand system that supported Hogao’s operational goals while reinforcing its distinct personality. Although the restaurant is no longer operating, the work stands as a testament to Jastor’s ability to craft culturally relevant and visually compelling brands that elevate culinary concepts and connect with their audience.
