Allapattah Market is a contemporary food hall concept rooted in the cultural diversity and industrial character of Miami’s Allapattah neighborhood. Conceived as a dynamic gathering place, the market brings together multiple culinary experiences under one roof, creating an environment where food, culture and community intersect. The space reflects the raw, authentic spirit of its surroundings while offering a curated and elevated experience that celebrates local flavors, creativity and social connection.
JASTOR VALUE
Jastor approached Allapattah Market as a place-making opportunity rather than a conventional hospitality project. The value lies in defining a brand that reflects the neighborhood’s raw energy while elevating it through thoughtful strategy and design. By translating Allapattah’s grit, creativity and diversity into a clear brand narrative.
Built to support multiple vendors under a single identity, the system establishes a strong visual framework that balances individuality with cohesion. Industrial references, structured typography and graphic elements inspired by the area’s warehouse roots create a language that performs consistently across signage, menus, environmental graphics and digital platforms, while allowing each component to coexist harmoniously.
DESIGN SYSTEMS
ALLAPATTAH MARKET
Allapattah Market’s identity captures the spirit of community, diversity and urban authenticity. The visual language feels confident and grounded, reflecting the neighborhood’s character without romanticizing it. Through a balance of strength and approachability, the identity positions the market as a space that is inclusive, vibrant and culturally relevant.
IDENTITY
Through thoughtful design and narrative direction, Jastor helped establish Allapattah Market as a distinctive destination — one that strengthens community engagement, enhances the visitor experience and reflects the authentic spirit of its neighborhood.
