Seeking an authentic rebrand, Ed’s entrusted Jastor to encapsulate the spirit of Jalisco in their menu offerings. Our shared zeal for Mexican cuisine and culture led us on a transformative journey to Guadalajara. Where we immersed ourselves in local restaurants and embraced Jalisco's rich traditions - infusing them into our collaboration. This iteration of Ed’s Taco Bodega was born from respect and admiration, encapsulating the essence of tradition while paving a new path for the brand.

Jastor approached Ed’s Taco Bodega with the goal of transforming a casual food concept into a recognizable and character-driven brand. The value lies in shaping a clear identity that feels authentic, playful and culturally grounded without falling into stereotypes.
