Íntimo was reimagined as a deeply personal, sensory dining experience—an invitation into Chef Juan Chipoco’s private world. Known for pushing Miami’s culinary boundaries with CVI.CHE 105, Chipoco envisioned Íntimo as a space where Nikkei cuisine—the bold fusion of Peruvian and Japanese traditions—could be celebrated with rare intimacy. Our challenge was to translate this vision into a brand identity that felt refined yet soulful, rooted in heritage while resonating with modern diners.

At Jastor, we approached the project by elevating every touchpoint, from the visual identity to the emotional storytelling behind the brand. We designed a logo and visual system that balances Japanese minimalism with Peruvian vibrancy, creating a harmonious aesthetic that mirrors the cuisine itself. The rebrand also shaped the tone of voice, photography style, and guest experience, ensuring that every interaction feels like a carefully orchestrated moment of connection.

Íntimo offers a curated journey of discovery. Each design decision—from the color palette inspired by natural textures to the typography reminiscent of timeless craftsmanship—was made to deepen the sense of closeness and exclusivity.
