This October, we’re excited to see Carnalito debut in New Orleans, redefining what a taquería experience can be and marking a milestone for both our team and our partners at Veho Hospitality.

Carnalito is not just a taquería. It’s a culturally rich, multi-sensory experience designed to resonate with a new generation of diners, disrupt the quick-service Mexican category, and serve as the blueprint for a brand poised to scale nationwide.

Our work with Veho Hospitality extended far beyond design. As strategic partners, we guided every stage of Carnalito’s evolution, turning an initial idea into a fully realized, operationally sound brand ready for growth.

Brand Strategy & Consulting


We began by identifying the market opportunity in New Orleans, mapping the competitive landscape, and uncovering consumer insights. These findings shaped Carnalito’s positioning, voice, and the guest journey from day one.

Branding & Visual Identity


Inspired by Mexican street culture and the rebellious spirit of the 80s, our team built a narrative-driven brand identity that blends heritage with modern edge. Bold visuals, dynamic typography, and emotionally resonant storytelling bring the concept to life across every guest touchpoint.

Interior & Environmental Design


Partnering with Plasma Nodo, we translated the brand into a physical space designed for discovery. The taquería pulses with vibrant energy, while Tragos Amargos, a hidden speakeasy, offers a dramatic contrast—moody, intimate, and entirely unexpected.

Menu & Experience Design


From trompos to cocktails, we structured and curated the menu for operational flow and storytelling, ensuring every element contributes to a cohesive, memorable experience.

Collateral, Packaging & Uniforms


We extended Carnalito’s personality into tangible, collectible touchpoints—from streetwear-inspired uniforms to branded packaging that leaves a lasting impression.
