This is the gap Jastor Space was built to close. We don't hand the brand over to an interior designer and hope for coherence. Our internal studio — with 23 years of hospitality design experience and its own furniture workshop — operates from the same strategic brief as the identity team. Our internal studio operates its own furniture workshop. Custom pieces designed for the concept, built for the location, finished with the brand's material language. No catalog furniture that seven other restaurants also have.

We document every spatial decision in a Space Guidelines document that any contractor in any market can execute from. The second location looks as intentional as the first.
