Jastor partners with Kosher Chocolate Maker and Chocolatier, Benjamin Fogel, for the rebranding of Chocolate Studio

Benjamin Fogel is the Howard Schultz of chocolate.

Benjamin created Chocolate Studio as a way to bring to the consumer the best artisanal chocolate they can find. Benjamin uses all-natural and Kosher products. He believes that quality chocolate has zero additives like canola oil. Benjamin puts all his time in creating his own ingredients, like his famous Hazelnut spread, in order to give consumers a true chocolate experience where the flavor is bold and like nothing they’ve tasted before.

Chocolate Studio is a trendsetting chocolate salon, nestled deep in the heart of Wynwood, the hippest neighborhood of Miami. Benjamin Fogel and his team of professional artisans handcraft gourmet chocolates from specially sourced chocolate, fusing wholly original natural flavorings with an exquisite sense of taste and style. Glorious to the palate and gorgeous to the eyes, each sensuous, silken bite is unsurpassed in its rich, luxurious decadence. Exotic blends include tonka bean and fig, middle eastern Halva and date honey, cardamom and bee pollen. Chocolate Studio invites you to taste their signature products and we promise you’ll be hooked.

Jastor is working alongside Benjamin Fogel to rebrand the identity of these artisanal and gourmet treats. Jastor is planning on showcasing not only the explicit process but also the artistic approach that is taken to create chocolates like never before tasted or seen.

Night Owl Cookies announces that they are bringing the "Hella Fresh" to Wynwood

The new spot, at 150 NW 25th St., will be a massive cookie factory — 3,000 square feet. Founder Andrew Gonzalez said he hopes tourists and locals living in the eastern part of the county will discover his cookies. Space will include a 1,200-square-foot outdoor patio. Gonzalez said he expects it will open by summer 2019.

“Wynwood screams Night Owl,” Gonzalez said. “We want people to go, hang out, take their Instagram pictures, sit back and relax.”

The central location means Night Owl will be able to delivery cookies to South Beach, as well as Brickell, downtown and Edgewater neighborhoods.

“All of those areas we couldn’t hit before, we’re finally going to be able to hit,” he said. “We’ll have all of Miami covered.”

Forbes magazine named Gonzalez one of its 30 Under 30 in its issue honoring leaders and entrepreneurs in the category of food and drink.

Padrinos brings the Cuban flavor to Dania Point

Padrinos brings the Cuban flavor to Dania Point

A shopping surge is coming to Dania Beach as the site of the old wooden roller coaster called "The Hurricane" will soon be packed with new kinds of thrills. Drivers used to see the rollercoaster from Interstate 95. But soon they will see an $800 million spectacle being put in its place. All of the shoveling, heavy lifting and hammering is finally starting to take shape at the site of what will soon be Dania Pointe -- a 1 million-square-foot shopping Mecca.

The mixed-use development will also include restaurants, such as Outback Steakhouse, Padrino's Cuban Cuisine, Toojay's Deli, Firehouse Subs, and a Starbucks.

Dania Pointe is being built on 102 acres of land along Stirling Road, east of I-95, The concept is an open-air design.

"These new malls aren't traditional malls, like in the past," Greg Matus, of Franklin Street Real Estate, said. "They are entertainment complexes. They are places for people to interact, people to eat, people to shop."

The next phase of the project is "lifestyle retail," which calls for two new hotels and hundreds of luxury apartments to be constructed at the site that was once home to the old 100-foot-tall wooden roller coaster.

That ride is now gone amid the Dania Pointe project that promises a very chic atmosphere.

BRIDGING CULTURES, BUILDING COMMUNITIES.

Retrieving memories and narrations from his father, who had a Pastificio in Sicily, combining them with his professional experience, Fabrizio strengthens his belief, that a restaurant gives the opportunity to meet other people and forge new friendships.

And no wonder: sharing food is one of the simplest pleasures in life.

While social media might provide a sense of community and a connection to others when it comes to bridging cultures and building communities, is there really any substitute for sitting down and breaking bread with people?

And where better to share stories about culture, society, and tradition than around the dinner table?

Propaganda’s mission: making an authentic Italian experience happen, in a warm and friendly atmosphere
