Few culinary institutions in Miami have gained the reputation for value and quality like Versailles – the most famous Cuban restaurant. Family owned and managed, known for its 40 year presence of continuos excellence. Versailles approached Jastor with the purpose of expanding it's Bakery brand experience. Jastor took the assignment as a challenge to generate a new era for the cafe in a format expandable to other outlets outside the brick and mortar Calle Ocho location. Jastor designed a new look and feel resembling the fusion of cuban deco architecture and the likes of the traditional fresh patisseries, as well as implementations in packaging, signage, menus, and environmental design.
